The Role
As Security Platform Leader, you blend Architecture, engineering and development expertise with a passion for delivering results.
As the product owner you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the platform mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities.
In an agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements, set and refine the mission, and bring together a team of chapter members to complete specific product features, You will ensure alignment on the what and when work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog.
You will enable platform members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success.

Defining, refining, and communicating the platforms' mission and roadmap to motivate and build team and partner support and alignment
Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as their voice and guide execution of the team
Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria
Inspecting and evaluating progress, and removing impediments
Measuring performance against established objectives and KPI’s that deliver on agreed upon business, technology, and people results
Collaborating and coordinating with Chapter Leaders and Scrum Masters to build squad capacity and capability and enabling squad member growth, development and learning
Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
Technical Product Owner experience with building roadmaps, designs, and delivering products or solutions at scale
Forward looking Platform Owner with experience around Security technology and balancing between Engineering excellence, Innovation, Cost Optimization, business enablement and Delivery.
Build roadmaps, designs, and delivering products or solutions at scale
Act as a strategic partner and inspiring leader to streamline and simplify business processing by implementing modern technology stack
Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to launch new products, iterate on existing features, and build highly resilient and scalable platforms
Deep knowledge on emerging technology stacks in CNCF and Open source world
Deliver the tooling and capabilities needed to enable developer community to operate at scale.
Understand engineering needs including those required to build, maintain, and operate the system through all phases of its life
Deliver the tooling and capabilities needed to enable application hosting in container management platform
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
B.S Computer Sc or equivalent.
10-15 years experiences in manage large scale enterprise infrastructure projects.
Key, Certificate, Secret Management, Kubernetes, Envoy, Open Telemetry and open source technologies is plus.
Experience designing, developing and maintaining dynamic products and solutions
Financial services experience, preferred
Agile experience
Jira and Jira Align experience preferred

You grasp sophisticated product features and break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria and optimally communicate these
