The Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Copywriter to join our high-growth brand and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice and messaging across various channels.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a master storyteller, with a proven track record of crafting compelling copy that resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute creative copywriting strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audiences.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for website landing pages, email campaigns, paid ads, social media content, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Partner with freelancers and external agencies to augment copywriting capabilities and deliver high-quality content on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct thorough research to understand target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior, and integrate insights into copywriting efforts.
• Optimize copy for SEO and ensure alignment with best practices to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire creative copywriting approaches.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in copywriting roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand storytelling, in a fast-paced and high-growth agency or D2C environment.
• Proven track record of crafting compelling copy for website landing pages, email campaigns, paid ads, and other marketing materials.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and translate ideas into impactful messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with freelancers, external agencies, and other partners to execute creative projects.
• Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools / software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.

Location :

• This role is based in our Boston, MA office. We are located in Back Bay.
• We have a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in office.
• This role is NOT eligible for relocation assistance.
