We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our Product Social Team within the Content Studio.
This role will focus on managing our owned and operated social media accounts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and adept at supporting production efforts for a wide range of content projects from conception through execution and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate production activities in collaboration with the product social team and social studio.
- Create engaging content for our social media accounts.
- Track deadlines, manage upcoming shoots, and confirm all project details.
Required Qualifications :
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to work with a global team to create daily social content for an international audience.
- Strong communication skills and technical understanding of social media platforms.
- Experience managing production across various mediums, including documentaries, short-form, narrative, and brand social content.
- Familiarity with licensing and working with legal teams on contracts and agreements.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage external creative and production partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills with core and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.
- Ability to communicate and enforce editorial standards.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality content with limited resources.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, creative tools, publishing, and project management software.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor of Arts (BA), preferably in a related field.
- 4+ years of production experience, specifically in coordinating production for editorial video assets for social media.
Location : Remote
Role type : Contract 12 Months Position
Expected hours : 40 per week
