You'll work in a team setting with other physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and support staff assigned to perform duties to accomplish the treatment of our patients.
Computer skills are essential as the VA CBOC is fully computerized for note documentation, entering orders, and requesting consults.
Marshfield is conveniently close to large cities such as Tulsa, Kansas City, and St. Louis as well as the smaller City of Springfield.
However, its rural attributes serve to also attract outdoorsmen and nature enthusiasts. Eight large lakes are within an hour's drive : Pomme De Terre;
Stockton; Truman; and Lake of the Ozarks to the north and west; and Bull Shoals, Northfork, Table Rock, and Taneycomo to the south.
Two smaller lakes - McDaniel and Fellows - and Springfield lakes are within 30 minutes. All offer an array of outdoor opportunities including fishing, boating, skiing, and sailing.
Hiking, biking, wildlife areas, streams, and other river opportunities are within a short drive including the Niangua and Compton Hollow Conservation Areas just outside of Marshfield's city limits.

- LICENSURE : 1 Full and unrestricted license from any US State is permissible to work at this facility
- OFFICE HOURS : 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm, M-F (negotiable)
- CALL : No Call / No Weekends
- OFFICE ARRANGEMENTS : Private
