This individual will be the face and voice of our Agency. Roles will include but are not limited to, answering the phones, greeting visitors, policy checking, renewal alerts, late payment reminders, must be able to multi-task.
Computer skills including the ability to work with our client management system, CRM, email, Excel, etc. are necessary. Having your insurance license is a plus.
Salary will be based on experience.
