DBA Construction is looking for a hardworking, experienced concrete finisher-Form Setter to join our team. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on having integrity with the work they produce.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with concrete crew on / around concrete forms.
- Form Setting curbs, gutters, sidewalks, catch basins, valley gutters, ADA ramps, and box culverts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Three to five years experience as a concrete form setting
- Experience with checking grades / elevations prior and during pour to ensure quality and accuracy are met.
- Job set per finish specs and ADA guidelines.
- Hardworking individual with a positive attitude and great work etic.
Requirements
- Have own tools
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions including cold temperatures and heat above 100 degrees

- Must have own transportation to various work sites within the state of Arizona.
- Must have own finishing tools.
- Steel boots are required.
- Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures
- Must have own nail bags and tools for forming and finishing.
