Our client is a leading biotechnology company committed to advancing cutting-edge therapies for patients with complex medical needs.
Our mission is to improve patient outcomes through innovative treatments and therapies. They are looking to hire a new Associate Director, Biostatistics to join their Redwood City, CA team onsite 4 days per week.
The Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop clinical protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports.
Oversee the management of external vendors to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Lead the validation of key analyses and regulatory submission materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Provide strategic guidance and support for ongoing publication activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate study findings.
Drive the development and implementation of innovative statistical methodologies to enhance study design and data analysis.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
Skills And Experience We Seek
Advanced degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology preferred.
Proven expertise in statistical programming and familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA and EMA guidelines.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
