As an HVAC Controls Technician III, you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction. About the Role :

As an HVAC Controls Technician III, you are not just an experienced technician you’re a leader in your field. You’ll handle the most complex projects, from programming and diagnostics to overseeing subcontractors and acting as a foreman for self-performed work.

Your expertise in Building Automation and Energy Management Controls, along with your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and IT networking, will ensure that every project you touch meets the highest standards. What You’ll Do :

• Expert Programming & Diagnostics : Leverage your advanced certifications in BACNet Advance Application Controllers and Niagara AX / N4 to perform top-tier controls programming, start-up, and commissioning in the field.
• Leadership on Complex Projects : Take charge of complicated jobs, coordinating subcontractors and leading your team to successful project completion, ensuring all work meets professional standards and timelines.
• Customer-Focused Solutions : Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your prompt and professional response to issues is key to our success.

• Project Management : From conducting on-site reviews with owners to managing cost projections and project closeouts, you’ll keep projects on track and within budget while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement : Participate in weekly production meetings, contribute to the development of enhanced procedures, and ensure that all work is conducted safely and effectively.

What We’re Looking For :

• Advanced Certifications : Niagara AX certification is a must, along with proficiency in BACNet controllers and IT networking.
• Comprehensive HVAC Knowledge : Your deep understanding of HVAC systems, controls programming, and commissioning sets you apart.
