- Managing the financial operations of a specific property or portfolio of properties.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for your property.
- Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions at the property level.
- Preparing and analyzing property-level financial statements.
- Supporting the property management team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with financial regulations specific to the property.
- Collaborating with property management and corporate accounting teams to support overall business goals.

- You have extensive experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- You possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
- You are proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools, such as M3, Birchstreet, and ProfitSword.
- You have a proven track record of improving financial processes and efficiencies at the property level.
- You are an exceptional communicator who can convey financial information clearly and effectively.
- You are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and understand how financial management impacts the overall guest journey.
