HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PRN team at a senior living facility located in Rossville, Indiana (Clinton County).
As a Physical Therapist in this position, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharges on an as-needed, PRN basis.
We can offer consistent PRN hours if desired.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharges as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license.
These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
