Role Summary :

DTN is seeking an experienced downstream fuel pricing strategistto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible forideating, validating, developing, and implementingnew innovativepricing strategies within our solutionsthat increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction in the downstream fuels market.

Who you are :

You’re experienced in or fully understand the role of a Fuel Pricing Manager at wholesale terminals for bulk fuels

You understand the process of :

Setting daily refined products rack posted pricing for wholesale terminal for spot buying

Setting index-related refined products rack pricing for wholesale rack terminal for contract buying

Constructing new pricing strategies with an emphasis on discounts, & promotion effectiveness

Delivering portfolio targets on pricing branded and unbranded strategies

Managing relationships with local pricing teams, global pricing leadership, sales & marketing colleagues

Analyzing competitor pricing behavior to inform margin strategy and use analytical data for pricing strategy development and execution

You have strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify trends and root causes of issues.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

What you’ll do :

Ideate, evangelize, validate, develop, and implementnew innovative DTN supply chain optimization solutions in close cooperation with prospects, customers, and partners.

Collaborate with internal commercial and marketing teams to develop product & solution targets, go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and drive product adoption.

Collaborate with clients to evaluate and identify unique supply chain opportunities and develop solutions based on DTN and partner products.

Evangelize Solutions and Products to sales prospects as part of our commercial team.

Provide trainingand education to our commercial team, product team, and clients on best practices and new innovations

Work closely with deployment teams to ensure solution requirements are met and products / features are delivered withincustomer expectations.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, influencers and partners.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $119,000 and $161,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time.

The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to : prior work experience, training / education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws.

The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
