Job Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have program experience with large, complex telecom system integration projects, guiding technology partners to achieve business and service outcomes.
They will ensure partners deliver technology solutions aligned with DISH goals and timelines, overseeing end-to-end aspects of partner delivery across various DISH departments.
Additionally, they must demonstrate knowledge and experience in various wireless and cloud infrastructure domains and effectively align partner resources to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
In this role, you will :
- Drive delivery of edge cloud and virtualization technology solutions from ecosystem partners.
- Align partner efforts to minimize risk and ensure on-time delivery for the DISH 5G program.
- Support strategic technology initiatives led by technology, product, and engineering teams.
- Build partnerships by identifying and engaging key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Establish goals for ecosystem partners aligned with DISH 5G program goals and proper reporting metrics.
- Manage a pipeline of delivery initiatives, monitor potential risks, and perform regular partner reviews to keep senior executives informed.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Senior Partner Delivery Manager, you wil have :
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor of Science degree.
- Minimum 10 years of telecommunications experience with cloud infrastructure / platforms, managing telco SI projects including Edge Cloud, Virtualization, RAN, Core, Networks, and Cloud Platforms.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in developing strategic relationships.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of technology and business strategy.
- Ability to comprehend contract terms and manage vendor deliverables.
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Salary Ranges Compensation : $127,050.00 / Year - $181,500.00 / Year Benefits
