Thrive 3PL is a dynamic and growing third-party logistics provider specializing in e-commerce. We are expanding our capabilities and seeking a talented Sales Representative with diverse logistics experience to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our growth and success.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, particularly in specialty retail and international logistics.
Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage sales activities, track leads, and report on sales performance.
Represent Thrive 3PL at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and manage the companys online presence to attract new clients.
Present tailored logistics solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
Diverse logistics experience, including retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.
Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and motivated to achieve high earnings.
Compensation :
This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure with the potential for high earnings based on performance.
Base salary negotiable for the right candidate.
