Pastoral Finance Coach
Location : Colorado Springs, CO
Salary : $90,000-$110,000
Job Summary
This role is with a Christian faith-based organization and will require personalized, biblically-based financial coaching to pastors and church leaders within the organization, helping them manage personal finances, plan for retirement, and address ministry-related financial challenges.
The Financial Coach will collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive financial plans and contribute to educational materials aimed at improving financial literacy.
Key Responsibilities of the Pastoral Finance Coach :
- Offer personalized financial coaching on budgeting, debt management, and savings / retirement strategies tailored to pastors.
- Assist pastors in communicating financial matters to congregations and boards.
- Develop resources like guides and webinars to enhance financial literacy for church leaders.
- Create blog posts, articles, and content on relevant financial topics.
- Collaborate with teams to provide a holistic approach to financial well-being for pastors.
- Help churches select financial products that align with their savings and investment goals.
Qualifications of the Pastoral Finance Coach :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or certifications preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in financial coaching or planning.
- Strong knowledge of biblical financial principles
