We are seeking a performance-driven, proven, and ambitious, Project Trainer to support / mentor a team of Clinical Nurse Educators in the oncology space supporting Healthcare Professionals and other office staff in their management of patients with cancer in order to meet all relevant standards as set by the company / client and nurse manager.

What will you be doing?
- Assist in the coordination and support to streamline nurse educator orientation.
- Will act as a point lead for mentors and mentees during the orientation of nurse educators.
- Responsible for designing, updating, delivering, and evaluating educational curricula.
- Collaborate to develop and implement protocols and tools for new hires.
- Responsible for documenting progress and advising nurse educator on their onboarding journey.
- Assist with the education and technical assistance during onboarding.
- Set up certification and ensure successful completion of certification from orientee who will be able to demonstrate an educational in-service on product specific information including but not limited to product information, disease state information, dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and adverse events of Product.
- Will provide input regarding the development and progress of nurse educator new hires and intervention plans.
- Will be a change advocate for any process or information changes with the team and curricula.
- Will create and facilitate Professional Development meetings to allow for nurse educator professional growth.
- Attend appropriate training to improve knowledge and skills
- Assist nurse manager in conducting KPI- field coaching when needed.
- Design and facilitate professional learning in coordination with client L&D Department for bi-annual meetings and indication launches.
- Organize, analyze, and distribute nurse educator weekly communication to identify priorities, set performance goals, and monitor progress.
What do you need for this position?
- Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted.
- Must have at least three (3) years of recent oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.
Chemotherapy infusion experience is a must.
- Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel. Amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100% travel.
- Must have good communication, speaking, and writing skills. Ability to conduct one on one and group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field based territory management position.
