Currently distributed in approximately 15 toptier jewelry stores across the US our client is set to launch their US flagship store on Madison Avenue NYC.

This new flagship location will serve as a cornerstone for their brand presence in the US offering an unparalleled shopping experience to a discerning clientele.

Objective of the Role

The Retail Sales Consultant will represent our client s brand as an ambassador delivering personalized and exceptional customer service in line with the company s values and luxury standards.

The consultant will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients guiding them through the purchasing experience and ensuring that sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.

This role requires an individual who can communicate the brand s rich history and craftsmanship while adapting to the needs of a discerning clientele.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail professional with a passion for luxury jewelry and design who thrives in an environment of hightouch customer interaction.

They should possess a deep understanding of the luxury market be detailoriented and have excellent communication skills.

The consultant must be adept at relationshipbuilding and have the ability to connect with a diverse and sophisticated customer base.

Experience in highend retail a flair for customer service and a love for fine jewelry and craftsmanship are key.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service : Deliver exceptional tailored customer experiences exceeding client expectations through deep product knowledge and a sophisticated sales approach.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients offering postsale support that aligns with the brand s philosophy and values.
• Sales Performance : Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service and product presentation.
• Brand Ambassador : Act as a brand advocate conveying the client s history craftsmanship and design innovations with passion and expertise.
• Store Operations : Support daily store operations from managing inventory and handling transactions to assisting in maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the company s luxury brand image.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales preferably within the jewelry sector or related industries such as highend hospitality or fashion.
• Technical Proficiency : Competence in Microsoft Office CRM systems and general computer literacy.
• Behavioral Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills conflict resolution abilities and attention to detail.

The ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously following corporate guidelines.

• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to connect with a diverse luxury clientele with a passion for fashion art and design trends.
• Education : Bachelor s degree is preferred with additional languages highly desirable.
