Overview
We are looking for a Dental Hygienist Coach to support our Northern Virginia practices to train and mentor Hygienist teammembers.
Your territory will span from Alexandria to Fredericksburg supporting 26 local offices. You will have Direct support from our Dental Director and Hydiene Director to help you thrive in this role.
This position is full-time Monday-Friday, with 4 working days in office and 1 day working remotely from home. We look forward to speaking with you and joining our team!
- Home Office : Dental Associates of Northern Virginia- Burke (6035 Burke Centre Pkwy Ste. 200 Burke, Virginia 22015 United States )
- Compensation : $90,000-$110,000
- Schedule : 8A-5P (Flexible start and end times available)
We have been working diligently to ensure all our patients and staff feel safe and protected while in our office. We have all the proper PPE for the staff and are CDC COVID-19 compliant.
Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
- Coach and train local Hygiene staff.
- Ability to travel to local offices within your territory.
- Complete reports in timely fashion.
Qualifications
Desired Skills :
- Must possess an active Hygienist license in Virginia.
- Must have 4+ years of hands on clinical experience.
- Strong communitcation skills
- Must be comfortable using technology
- X-Ray certified
- Laser Certified
- Local Anesthesia
