Trinity Washington University seeks experienced, energetic sales leaders to recruit new students for enrollment in the university’s undergraduate and graduate programs.

Located in the heart of the nation’s capital, Trinity offers exciting academic and professional opportunities for students earning associate, baccalaureate and master’s degrees and credentials across a range of programs in Healthcare, Business, Education, Global Affairs, Liberal Arts, Technology, Social Work, Journalism and Communication, and other fields.

Trinity’s enrollment admissions recruiters will be required to develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to reach prospective students across a range of ages and locations, from high schools to workplaces and community organizations.

Recruiters have portfolios that focus on these academic units and disciplines, with the recruiting assignment aligned with candidate experience and interest :

  • College of Arts & Sciences : full-time daytime undergraduate women’s college enrolling students directly from high school as well as transfer students, with majors across a full range of liberal arts programs including Psychology, Global Affairs, Politics and Policy, Criminal Justice, Biology and other sciences, Information Technology and many other fields.
  • Nursing and Health Professions : varied delivery systems, offering associate, undergraduate and master’s degrees in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Public Health, Social Work and Counseling.
  • Education : associate, baccalaureate, master’s degrees and certificates for teachers and school leaders in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Policy, School Leadership and Administration.
  • Professional and Graduate Studies : certificate, associate, baccalaureate and master’s degrees for working adults in Business, Communication, Health Services and other fields focused on the needs of the workforce in the Washington region.

Candidates must provide evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, and a track record of success in higher education admissions work.

Alternative experience may be considered if it includes strong marketing and sales experience. Presentations will be part of the interview process.

Candidates should also present evidence of success in developing and sustaining partnerships with high school counselors, college access programs, and employers.

Experience in the Washington, D.C. region is preferred.

Admissions work requires occasional evenings and weekends and candidates must be willing to work with schedule flexibility.

Salary ranges depend on experience and start at $65,000 for an entry-level recruiter and higher for an experienced admissions sales leader.
