Our client is looking for a CallCenter Banker to jointheir team!
JobDescription :
This job isresponsible for connecting clients with the breadth of solutionsthat the bank offers to help achieve financial goals.
Keyresponsibilities include balancing service requests and salesopportunities providing subject matter expertise on financialsolutions asking clients probing questions to understand life andfinancial goals and pairing new solutions and services to meetclient needs.
Responsibilities :
- Works with clients tobuild and deepen relationships by uncovering financial needs andrecommending the best products services and solutions to meet thoseneeds
- Responds to customer inquiriesand concerns creating customizedsolutions
- Sells and fulfills bankingproducts including checking and savings accounts credit cardsCertificate of Deposits (CDs) Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)and loans
- Identifies client needs forlicensed sales functions making referrals to Line of Businesspartners
- Quotes rates terms and programsfor banking solutions
- Manages risk in every businessproduct and service transaction leveraging availabletools
