Spaeth Hill creates distinct brands for the built environment. We are graphic designers who blend the conceptual design process with strategic planning for commercial real estate through the development of branded environments, experiential graphic design (EGD) programs, comprehensive signage and wayfinding plans.
We are currently seeking a Senior EGD Designer with 5+ years of studio and or agency experience and exceptional visual design skills to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have a background in wayfinding and EGD, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate autonomy in your design and execution process, with a desire to collaborate with team members to enhance the final product
Develop design solutions for a wide array of mediums and project types
Demonstrate a sensitive eye for typography through impressive and stunning compositions and typographic explorations.
Safeguard and champion the studio's creative vision, ensuring its consistently upheld
Guide and inspire team members through the intricacies of the design and creative process, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Embrace organizational precision and unwavering attention to detail in executing all projects
Navigate the dynamic landscape of multiple project timelines and deliverables efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a studio or agency environment
Demonstrate a solid understanding of wayfinding and the EGD process
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and understanding of typography
Professionalism and mature presence
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
Sketch-up and CAD / Revit experience preferred
