YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY :
- Provide administrative oversight and support to the distillery production team, ensuring seamless daily operations
- Coordinate and manage distributor sales orders, overseeing all aspects of shipping, including documentation, compliance forms, and process tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support operational needs
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring supplies are stocked to meet production demands
- Oversee and streamline receiving processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and communicate production schedules while managing data entry and reporting within the ERP system, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
- Manage HR-related tasks for employees, including staffing needs and coordination
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Coordinator (or similar role), managing day-to-day operations in a distillery, beverage industry, or similar field (wine, beer, CPG highly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Motivated self-starter with a track record of taking initiative and driving results
- Experience in vendor and supplier relationship management
- Passion for the beverage industry with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company
