This is a remote position.

How YOU Can Be Successful?

You will be responsible for supporting the data analysis and CRM management efforts of the existing team. You will act as a subject matter expert for data queries, reports, and CRM administration.

This role will work with leadership to understand gaps in technology that support our revenue teams and manage system enhancements to improve user interface and backend system needs.

This position requires a proactive, quick learner who can look at systems and processes holistically to understand the needs of our business.

To be successful you will have demonstrated ability to drive analytical insights into program results and a history of designing and delivering high quality solutions to revenue teams.

This is 100% remote position. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements

What can YOU bring to the team?

  • Build and roll out high impact enhancements to improve sales performance and client and physician experience.
  • Continuously improve role-based training programs for revenue teams to accelerate productivity.
  • Support and develop new hires throughout the company to ensure training needs are being met.
  • Create leaderboards and contests to drive engagement among the revenue teams.
  • Collaborate with executive team to define appropriate measurements and reporting processes. This includes performance dashboards and key performance indicators for performance assessment.
  • Identify and diagnose any potential data integrity issues and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and solve. Monitor accounts / contacts / deals for missing or inaccurate data and adjusts as needed.
  • Conduct monthly audits on customer data.
  • Assign incoming leads and monitor to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Identify enhancements to the CRM and work with offshore development team to create a roadmap, manage projects and conduct UI testing as necessary.
  • Provide reporting in key focus areas to keep team updated on trends and performance.
  • Work on other data accuracy and process improvement projects as needed by the Physicians Liaisons and Account Managers.
  • Review revenue performance and provides recommendations to leadership on areas where we can expand or focus for client and physician targets to drive revenue.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a close team environment.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of sales / revenue enablement, CRM management or data analysis experience preferred.
