Safety Coordinator
Location : Phoenix, AZ, onsite
Salary : $65-80K based on experience, plus benefits
We’re seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator with at least 3 years in construction or manufacturing facilities. This onsite role in Phoenix, AZ, is about maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities :
Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
Incident Management : Investigate incidents, identifying causes and corrective actions.
Training & Development : Lead safety training and maintain accurate records.
Emergency Preparedness : Develop response plans and ensure readiness.
Qualifications :
Experience : 3+ years in a safety role.
Certification : OSHA 30-hour required.
Skills : Detail-oriented, organized, strong communicator, bi-lingual considered a strong asset, and proficient in MS Office.
