Skills and Abilities :

  • You possess mechanical engineering expertise, CAD / design skills, and a hands-on manufacturing mindset.
  • Experienced in designing medical devices and understand the integration of engineering with innovation.
  • Capable of quickly mastering new information to guide customers on how their designs align with RIPL's manufacturing processes.
  • Effective communicator, skilled at understanding customer needs and proactively helping them optimize their use of RIPL.
  • Strong problem-solving and product development abilities, helping both customers and manufacturing teams achieve excellent Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
  • Able to propose improvements to manufacturing processes to better serve customer needs, with a collaborative spirit to work with R&D on these innovations.
  • Holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and over 4 years of experience within the medical device industry
