We are in search of a dynamic and goal-oriented Acquisition Manager to join our team in the Rock Hill / Charlotte area. The role of an Acquisition Manager is essential in the process of identifying and acquiring off-market properties directly from homeowners.
Your responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls to leads, building and nurturing relationships with potential sellers, and visiting properties to evaluate their suitability for purchase.
This role requires face-to-face interactions with sellers to negotiate contracts and secure deals. If you have a strong drive, a willingness to work hard, a thirst for knowledge in real estate, and a desire to earn well while doing what you love, then this opportunity is perfect for you!
Compensation :
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Reach out to potential sellers through outbound calls to discuss selling their properties.
- Engage with leads via various communication channels to foster strong connections and trust.
- Arrange and attend property viewings to evaluate their suitability for purchase.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage property assessments and the buying process efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions and property information using the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends and real estate laws to offer well-informed advice to prospective sellers.
- Achieve or surpass monthly goals for acquiring properties and increasing sales conversion rates.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or property acquisition.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
