What You Will Do :

• Supervise 319 driver team and all related tasks
• Generate detailed data metrics (Solar,Lytx,Innovo,Etc.) for weekly review with team to spearhead continuous improvement efforts
• Driver Coaching through Lytx
• Meet, or exceed, all confirmed delivery windows using all available resources
• Proactively communicate with internal and external customers with an emphasis on closing the loop
• Proactively monitor and update route information to better serve customers
• Establish and implement training and communication standards for dispatch team
• Back up Driver for Vacations / Sick Time If needed
• Schedule fleet maintenance
• Coordinate Deliveries, LPU, and Returns for 319 Served loacations
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring :

• Two years dispatch or driving experience / Claas B License Required
• Desire to provide an Unparalleled Customer Experience
• Proficient with technology (cell phones, computers, etc.)
• Clean Driving Record / DOT Card / Class B License
• Proficient with Proprietary North Coast Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Committed to 100% accuracy and Doing it Right the First Time (DIRTFT)
• Ability to multi-task and refocus priorities on demand based on shifting customer needs

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
• Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
• Forklift use
• Mix of Warehouse and office environment

Salary & Compensation :

• This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
• Pay is $58,100 to $72,600 annually, DOE.
