Due to significant growth, our client are looking to expand their development function to support the delivery of utility scale projects across the US.
The Project Development Manager - Utility Scale will be responsible for utility scale projects in PJM, MISO and NY-ISO.
Client Details
A rapidly growing international IPP with a focus on utility scale, solar, wind and storage projects in multiple markets including PJM, NY-ISO, MISO and ISONE.
With a substantial pipeline of work, they are looking for a project developer to support their lead developer on the delivery of these projects.
Description
The Project Development Manager - Utility Scale will be responsible for
- Identifying new development opportunities
- Maintain development activities and timelines
- Support RFP submittals
- Manage handover to construction team
- See projects through from greenfield, early or mid stage acquisition to construction
Profile
The Project Development Manager - Utility Scale will have
- 1-4 years experience contributing to and leading project development for utility-scale wind and solar sites in North America
- Experience in working on utility scale solar, wind or storage projects
- Coordinating studies and project development activities
- Understanding of origination
- PPAs, GIAs and other project contracts and agreements
- Bachelor's degree is required
Job Offer
The Project Development Manager - Utility Scale will be eligible for
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary
