We are searching for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to help lead our dynamic kitchen team.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead with passion : Oversee and inspire a dedicated kitchen team, ensuring seamless execution of menus to the highest standard.
- Menu creation : Collaborate on crafting exciting daily, seasonal, and event-specific menus for brunch, dinner, and private parties.
- Maintain excellence : Manage the team in your absence, ensuring consistency in every dish while upholding a clean and professional workspace.
- Support staff development : Train, mentor, and guide both FOH and BOH staff in culinary excellence.
- Cost management : Keep food and labor costs balanced, working closely with the team to maintain financial efficiency.
What We’re Looking For :
- A true leader who thrives on team collaboration and development.
- Culinary expertise : Experience with a range of cuisines, fine dining, and tapas is a huge plus!
- A creative mind : Passion for designing menus that blend global inspiration with traditional staples.
- 1+ year of Sous Chef or Kitchen Management experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
