Our focus is on taking care of our customers and ensuring the highest quality work. Job Summary We are seeking a talented Mechanic with experience working in an auto-collision shop, preferably with specialized knowledge of Tesla vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality repairs.
They will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing collision damage, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, particularly in Tesla vehicles Use specialized equipment and tools to complete repairs accurately and efficiently Follow manufacturer guidelines and repair procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with other team members to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and address any concerns Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Previous experience working as a Mechanic in an auto-collision shop Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Experience working with Tesla vehicles is highly preferred Familiarity with collision repair techniques and equipment Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements Work Environment 3120 West Lake Avenue, Glenview, IL 60026 Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Superior Collision Custom is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
