BIM Designer/Modeler
Immediate Openings for BIM Designers and Modelers NATIONWIDE!These are fully remote positions, with all necessary equipment and software provided.
Our client is a fast-growing BIM and VDC service that serves clients across the US, and is looking to hire both Junior-level and Senior-level Designers and Modelers to their team.
Responsibilities : *Develop and manage BIM models for various projects.*Assist the BIM Lead in coordinating BIM activities and workflows.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of BIM models and related documentation.*Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM activities.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.*Create and maintain Revit families and CADmep items as needed.*Support the implementation of BIM standards and best practices.
- Take on lead coordination duties for smaller projects as assigned by the BIM Lead.Qualifications : *Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or in progress).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM within the AEC industry.*Basic knowledge of Revit and other BIM software.*Strong willingness to learn and develop BIM skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.*Content Creation or Programming Aptitude.*Basic understanding of construction drawings and AEC disciplines.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred but not required).*Knowledge of Scan to BIM Hardware, Software and workflows.
