Engineering Technician

Location : Miramar, FL

Schedule : 2nd and 3rd Shift (In-Office)

Salary rate : $30 - $31

We’re seeking a motivated Associate Packaging Engineer to be a key player in our dynamic team. In this role, you'll become a subject matter expert on both the electrical and mechanical systems that keep our production equipment running smoothly.

Your expertise will be essential to supporting our cutting-edge engineering projects and ensuring compliance in the fast-paced pharmaceutical industry.

What You'll Do :

  • Document & Troubleshoot : Develop repair procedures and troubleshooting guides while applying your skills to quickly resolve electrical, mechanical, and process issues.
  • Support Production : Be the go-to person for on-call support, assisting production equipment and personnel on a rotating basis.
  • Ensure Compliance : Maintain high standards for GMP and regulatory compliance while performing equipment upgrades and installations.
  • Database Management : Oversee spare parts inventory and keep meticulous records of production equipment.
  • New Equipment Installation : Lead the installation and verification of all new equipment, ensuring every operational detail is just right.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Education : Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school.
  • Experience : At least 4 years in a similar role in an industrial environment, or 8 years of related experience and training.
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing SOPs . Proficient with computer hardware / software and skilled in mathematical and statistical methods.
