A local and progressive janitorial service company is seeking an industry professional to manage all day-to-day operations and play an essential role in future growth plans.

We seek a TEAM player interested in a growth opportunity with a do whatever it takes mentality and strong leadership skills.

Great opportunity for the individual looking to make an impact, have input in the company's direction and have a long-term outlook.

Responsible for overseeing existing staff members, creating and driving a dynamic team positioned for rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of upper janitorial management experience in a similar role overseeing an operations team, a wide range of facility types, sizes, and geographical areas.

A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills are necessary!

Minimum Requirements & Responsibilities :

  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain strong proactive communication with all team members, customers and vendors.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Mid-Level to advanced computer skills.
  • Excel proficiency is a must.
  • Valid Driver's License with no major infractions.
  • Ability to work well with employees and clients.
  • Ability to stay focused and handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
  • Attention to detail is an absolute must to deliver the expected levels of service.
  • Must be a TEAM player across all departments of the company.
  • Time management skills.
  • Experience running multiple facilities.
  • Ability to pass a background check & drug screen.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a PUS. Ability to read, write and speak fluently.
  • Floor and Carpet Care experience is a must.
  • A hands-on management style is essential.
  • The ability to demonstrate flexibility / adaptability to the ever-changing business requirements and environment.
  • Managing a flexible workforce (permanent, temporary, and special services).
  • Develops and implements the company's plans, policies, and goals that further strategic objectives.
  • Directly involved with planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of the operation.
  • Oversee company safety policies.
  • Ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the office administration within human resources and payroll.
  • Manage all financial and operational goals for each job.
  • Deliver exceptional service levels to our customers.
  • Work closely with Business Development; bid walkthroughs, work loading / cost analysis.
  • Oversee our operation software systems for quality control, inspections, work tickets, etc.
