Product Research ManagerAs a Product Research Manager at Allegion, you will provide market insights and strategic guidance to support product development and business strategies.

Your role will involve : What You Will Do : Data Analysis and IoT Solutions : Analyze data sets to support product development, focusing on IoT solutions for automatic doors.

Use statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) to generate reports.Lead IoT solutions development, ensuring system integration.

Analyze IoT device data to optimize performance and user experience.Conduct IoT-specific market research.Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve IoT-enabled solutions.

ERP and CRM System Utilization : Use ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) for data extraction and analysis.Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with IT for system optimization.

Strategic Partnership : Act as a strategic partner for marketing and pricing teams.Provide analytical support for marketing and pricing strategies.

Extend capabilities in digital marketing, media spend optimization, and customer segmentation.Market Research : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs.

Design and implement market research strategies.Manage research projects, including vendor selection and data analysis.Synthesize market data to identify trends and customer insights.

Present findings to inform product strategy.Ensure data integrity and stay updated on industry trends.Research Execution : Manage quantitative and qualitative research execution.

Develop processes for managing primary research requests.Product Strategy : Inform product strategy and roadmap with research insights.

Identify opportunities for product enhancements.Performance Management : Track KPIs and create roadmaps to improve performance.

Analyze performance trends to identify growth opportunities.What You Will Need to Succeed : Proven experience in market research and product management support.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Strong analytical and data analysis skills.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., MD 365, SAP, Salesforce) and report generation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
