Overview
Working in linewith our vast network capturing realtime game information of livecollege sporting events the Chicagobased team of Live Data Analystswill be ensuring the invenue data from Scores Reporters isaccurately inputted into our collection tool by monitoring datafrom the start of assigned games until the finish.
These parttimeanalyst roles will also record realtime game scores stats andplayer performance information from broadcasts or while incommunication with Scores Reporters directly asnecessary.
Whatyoull do
- Monitor live data that is being collected inrealtime from Division I college football games (FBS and / or FCS)and college basketball games and ensure its accuracy by monitoringlive broadcasts and official boxscores.
- Verify or edit pre and postgame fixtureslineups game statuses live data points and player data within ourproprietary webbased monitoring tool.
- When applicable accurately report live sportsevent data ensuring realtime updates.
- Uphold a commitment to precision speed andintegrity in contributing to the overall quality of the data.
- Follow escalation procedure for anyissues that occur during the game and handle multiple taskssimultaneously
- Maintain an updatedknowledge base of the rules of the sport and the teams / playersinvolved.
- Work availability fornights weekends and holiday shifts as the sports schedule and gamedurationdetermine.

- Demonstrate punctuality and regular attendanceto training sessions and work shifts.
- Collaborates and communicates well within ateam.
- This is not a remote position. Reliableprivate or public transportation to the downtown Chicago office isrequired.
- Adaptability to swiftlychanging environments and the ability to remain poised underpressure.
- English skills (writtenand spoken) and computer proficiency are required. Candidates mustbe able to sit for up to four or more hours at a time.

- Experience with college sportsstatistics and software.
- Understanding of bestpractice processes and methodologies in live datacollection.
- Working knowledge of Office 365products and VoIPplatforms.
