The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial tasks, from accounts payable and receivable to payroll processing and financial reporting.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Certification in payroll processing (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, CPP).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
