Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing administrative office operations, evaluating and drafting agreements and contracts, managing the contract database, and performing periodic secretarial functions for the Executive Officers in the day-to-day operations.
Makes arrangements for meetings and conferences; prepares agendas. Prepares and maintains special or confidential records and reports.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with local agencies and a wide variety of media representatives.
Experience : Requires a minimum of two years clerical experience in a business office environment or a health care institution.
Must be computer literate and proficient in current word processing programs. Proven typing skills, and experience with all types of office equipment such as copiers, typewriters, dictating machines, and calculators are required.
Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with hospital personnel and the general public.
Additional Job Description
Education : High School Degree or GED required. Minimal 2 years of college or business college in an accredited secretarial curriculum is preferred.
