What You Will Do : While continuing to hone your craft, you will Build your own skills by training apprentices to be the best in the business Work on a wide range of projects like data centers, water processing plants, casinos, resi-mercial high rises, pharmaceutical plants, and many others Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry while you lay out and organize tasks for apprentices, use formulas to determine pipe fill, device and panel size, plan and handle materials required for the job, and many other tasks Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT : People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring : In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will Possess a current Wyoming or Colorado State electrical journeyman license Have a minimum of 4 years documented field work or completion of a 4-year electrical apprentice program Have an excellent understanding of the electrical industry Enjoy being part of a team, providing leadership, and producing high quality electrical workmanship Be highly curious and motivated to continue your education and professional development Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites within a 50-mile radius What Weifield is All About : Weifield is an award winning, national leader in cutting-edge electrical construction with nearly 900 employees across all our regions.
