Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of all business activities, including financial records, inventory, and customer data.
- Assist with developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other team members in the operations department to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist with the management of vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and managing delivery schedules.
- Provide support to the operations directors as needed .
- Process bills to be paid .
- Maintain and track bill payments and due dates .
- Maintaining and creating HR file binders as needed.
- Tracking of all HR files recording and reporting on all documentation renewal status.
- Assist in the front office, answering telephones, transferring calls, and taking messages.
- Facilitate Monthly department meetings as needed.
- Creating spreadsheets, word documents and memos as needed.
- Facilitate On-boarding and Orientation training as needed.
- Create, post, order, and email marketing materials.
- Function as liaison with the IT company for passwords, work orders, etc.
- Order / pick up off supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Conditions of Employment :
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Must pass criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license.
