Rate : $40-$42 / hr.

Engineering Specialist - Controls Experience Required : o Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls (RSLogix) o Electrical Background (electrician or technician) o Related experience o Allen Bradley Panel View use / programming AB Servo and AB VFD drives o Familiarity with VFD’s, Armor starts, encoders, network / Ethernet controls Experience Preferred :

Experience : 2+ years of related experience o Strong problem solving skills, including 8Ds, FMEAs, and DMAICs o Ability to independently troubleshoot all body equipment and continuously evaluate equipment for improvement for quality and delivery o Fanuc robot experience o Kawasaki programming, RS Logics, Microsoft office o PLC o Ability to read prints, AutoCAD, interpret and modify electrical schematics o Experienced in laser burning o Strong understanding of conveyors system programming and body tooling techniques, in addition to networking understanding, DH+, Ethernet, remote IO o Ability to read blueprints o Simulation modeling exposure o Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience o Lean Tools 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping o DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) Project Methodology experience o TQM and Kaizen Methods o FMEA, PPAP, and DOEs experience o Visual Factory Management Additional Safety Training / Licensing / Personal Protection Requirements : Additional Information : General Broadcast.

Work fully on site. Must be able to available to work overtime, nights, and weekends.

Skills : Required :

• Use Vis Plant monitoring software to review cycle times of automation, review and follow up automation project's and installations
• Troubleshoot PLC, robot, and other automation problems
• Update program backups for automation
• Program new installations of Body tooling and conveyor systems
• Reprogram automation for engineering changes and improvements
