About Us : Outpatient Physical Therapy is a privately owned healthcare company dedicated to providing exceptional physical therapy services to our community.

With eight thriving clinics in the South King County area and continued growth on the horizon, we are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time Float position.

We are also open to considering the right new graduate who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview : As a Float Physical Therapist at Outpatient Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple clinics within our network.

This role offers variety and the chance to collaborate with a diverse patient population. Whether you are an experienced professional looking for a change of pace or a recent graduate seeking mentorship, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer effective physical therapy interventions to restore function, alleviate pain, and promote overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required for new graduates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
