Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will appraise damaged vehicles and determine vehicle value.
Your responsibilities will include performing physical inspections, documenting damage, and reviewing repair estimates. The ideal candidate is methodical and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
- Determine the extent of damage
- Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimates
- Determine vehicle value and provide documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator is preferred
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
