Summary :
Achieve Test Prep is looking for an Operations Manager for the sales department that will lead a variety of projects, initiatives, research and analytics related to optimizing processes.
This role does not require experience as a sales professional, ideally suited applicants will have strong experience in project management.
Roles & Responsibilities :
The Operations Manager must be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization's sales department.
Primarily, ensuring that the various processes and teams are operating optimally. The below list of responsibilities are not exhaustive
- Developing and implementing processes
- Researching and analyzing data
- Identifying opportunities by analyzing data and trends
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase process efficiency
- Developing accurate, real-time reporting methods related to team performance
- Comparing individual performances within a team
- Assist the VP of Sales to develop accurate team goals with clear metrics
- Optimizing existing processes and policies
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary
- Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with teams, collaborating departments and upper management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
- Project management skills
- Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
- Familiarity and / or experience with Salesforce
- Research and reporting skills to analyze data and trends
