Requirements
Duties :
Answerincoming calls for various nonprofit organizations during pledgedrives.
Focussolely on processing donations; no donation solicitationrequired.
Deliverconsistent highquality support to alldonors.
Documenteach call comprehensively including resolutions and any necessaryfollowupactions.
Flexibleavailability required to cover shifts in a 24 / 7operation.
Expectations :
Important : At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a call center either virtual or onsite is required .
Abilityto meet deadlines consistently and adhere toguidelines.
Capableof working independently with minimalsupervision.
Maintainhigh standards of accuracy and attention todetail.
Strongcommunication skills both written and verbal areessential.
TechnicalRequirements :
PCwith a dual core 2.8 GHz or better (Intel "i"class or AMD Phenom X2 class orbetter).
Aminimum of 64 GB total Hard Drive orhigher.
Atleast 4 GB ofRAM.
USBVoIPHeadset.
OperatingSystem : Windows 10 or11.
Ahardwired internet connection (no wireless) with at least 10 mbpsdownload and 3 mbpsupload.
