Architectural Designer

LPA is seeking a passionate Architectural Designer to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and master planners.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas.

We have completed projects such as Agnews Campus, Tide Academy, and Santa Clara Square. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our in-house multidisciplinary teams including engineering, landscape, and interiors.

What you will do :

• Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA
• Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments
• Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents
• Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects
• Review and process construction administration documents
• Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination

Architecture Designer Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required
• 0-5 years of experience in all phases of architecture projects
• Experience in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Committed to building a long-term professional career

The salary range for this position is $64,000 - $86,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and / or project complexity.
