• Experience : 6-10 years residential HVAC experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Licenses / Certifications : EPA certification required and Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Skills : Leadership, training and development, payroll management, customer service excellence.
• Availability : 41-50 hours per week, including some weekends and on-call responsibilities.
• Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the US.
