- Provide customers with info on how we can help their school or non-profit organization achieve their fundraising goals.
- Communicate with customers and provide information about our services, enter and process orders, maintain accounts, and help customers with concerns and / or questions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, as well as actions taken.
- Miscellaneous responsibilities shared by all members of the organization in an effort to efficiently and effectively run our organization.

Making this happen requires a small army and that's our Customer Care Team! You will work with churches, youth athletic teams, schools, and non-profit organizations to develop long-lasting relationships as you work together to achieve our customer's goals.

- $19.23 / hour (with the potential for optional over-time).
