Job Description :

Join a dynamic team as a Commercial Lines Producer and take your career to the next level! We’re seeking a motivated sales professional with experience in commercial lines insurance who is eager to grow with us.

Who We're Looking For :

  • A driven and results-oriented salesperson.
  • A person with a winning attitude and natural charisma.
  • A talented relationship builder with a knack for connecting with clients.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Use CRM tools, cold calling, email, and other channels to create new sales opportunities.
  • Arrange meetings or calls with potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers.
  • Adapt to a hybrid work schedule that includes both remote and onsite work.

Qualifications :

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of converting prospects into customers.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and a goal-oriented approach.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
  • Comfort with cold calling, research, and generating new prospects.
