We are seeking an experienced Foreman with experience in commercial heating and air conditioning in Austin, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a Foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.
Basic responsibilities :
- Supervise HVAC workers
- Develop work schedules
- Ensure projects are at or under budget
- Report project progress to superiors
- Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Ensure workers are using safety practices
- Perform quality checks
Required skills :
- The ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a HUGE PLUS
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling
- Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning
- Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings
