VP, Enterprise Workforce Management - Skills Metrics Specialist (Hybrid)

Enterprise Workforce Management is responsible to lead Citi's transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organizational design.

We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who want to ensure Citi has the right people, with the right skills, at the right place and time and cost.

The Skills Management Team is responsible for identifying skills we need, skills we have and what are the actions required to mitigate risk if there is a deficiency of skills in the organization.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who understands Skills management to join our growing team to support the design, development, and implementation of Citi's global approach to skills management and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the stand-up and evolution of the Skills management by focusing on how skill assessment outcome and metrics can add value and to align with end to end workforce management process
  • Lead projects, generate new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands-on delivery and implement approach to creating skill reporting and monitoring mechanisms to review skill progression
  • Produce manuals and guidelines to demonstrate accuracy and completeness of skill data
  • Partner with internal deployment teams, key business stakeholders, HR Advisors and Learning & Development on implementing the annual skills assessment framework to assess gaps and progress made in closing skill gaps.
  • Interpret data and information with a view to support businesses in understanding their skills gaps / emerging skills requirements.
  • Partner with Resource Planning, People Insight and business leaders to develop a methodology to quantitatively report on skills, translate qualitative strategies and their progress into management reports
  • Participate and deliver regulatory responses specific to the skills management required for regulatory closure process, including preparing materials and managing artifacts to meet all relevant deliverables and Internal Audit requirements.

Knowledge / Experience

  • 5-7+ years' experience in strategic workforce planning / skills management / Compensation or HR Data Management
  • Good understanding of key principles involved in skills management in relation to workforce planning,
  • Ability to understand, marshal and interpret a wide range of information, ideas and concepts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience of presenting complex ideas, data and analysis in a visually accessible way, ability to draft presentations and documentations to communicate complex issues to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable to work with ambiguity and managing high-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Intellectually strong with a growth mindset, with a proactive can-do attitude to project delivery and "get things done" in a tight deadline
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work.

Education :

Bachelor's / University degree, Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range :

$93,440.00 - $140,160.00
