• Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external (customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules
• Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation
• Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

Requirements :

• Appian development experience
• US Citizenship and no Dual

Bonus Points if you have :

• Appian Level 1 or 2 credential
• Familiarity with web services, FTP, JMS, and other web integration technologies
• Background in user experience, UI design, or HCI
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile / scrum
• Prior software or platform experience, ideally in a Portal or BPM related setting
• A Bachelor's degree with a preferred concentration in computer science, computer engineering, or technical field

Role Location : Range of Starting Pay for role :

California : $82,400 - $133,700

Colorado : $82,400 - $115,500

New York City : $95,400 - $133,700

Washington : $87,800 - $122,900
